We operate Lawyer Link (the "Platform"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including the Australian Privacy Principles. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information.

  • “Expressly Informed” means the circumstance where we have provided you with a clear statement (either verbal or in writing) of the Express Consent Consequences.
